Good to know
- Sizes follow EIA-310: each U is 44.45 mm of rack and the panel is 0.79 mm shorter so panels never bind.
- Slots sit on the rack hole pattern: 465.1 mm apart across a 19-inch panel (236.5 mm on a 10-inch).
- M6 slots go on the middle hole of each U: on the top and bottom holes they would leave under 3 mm of metal at the edge, our minimum.
- Slots are 10 mm long, side to side, so the panel lines up even if the rails are slightly out.
- Vent slots sit in one row across the middle of every U, between the rack rails. A part has at most 100 openings.
19-inch rack blanking panel
