Good to know
- NEMA 23 (NEMA ICS 16): screws on a 47.14 mm square, 38.1 mm pilot, 56.4 mm flange. Check your motor's data sheet.
- The motor sits in the middle of the plate; the slots run across the plate so it slides sideways to tension the belt.
- Countersunk holes suit #10 or M5 flat-head screws and leave the back of the plate flat.
- Tapped M5 holes need at least 2 mm aluminium or mild steel, or 1.5 mm stainless steel.
