Good to know
- Countersinks are cut on the top face as drawn; mount that face outwards.
- In 3 mm plate, #8 and larger countersinks are checked by us first; choose 4 mm plate for a full-depth seat.
- Holes are spaced at least three countersinks apart so the plate keeps its strength between screws.
- Stainless 304 suits outdoor timber; use stainless screws to avoid rust staining.
