Good to know
- Sizes are outside sizes of the folded panel; the flanges fold back, away from the front.
- Positions are measured on the front, seen from the front: from the left edge, and every cut-out is centred top to bottom.
- D-sub cut-outs suit a connector fitted from behind the panel, with 3.2 mm holes for its jack screws at the standard spacing (24.99 mm for DE-9).
- The IEC cut-out is 27.5 × 20 mm with its two lower corners cut at 4 mm, and screw-on inlets have holes 40 mm apart: check it against your inlet’s datasheet.
- Switch spacing follows the hole size (30 mm for 22 mm control units).
- Countersinks need 2 mm sheet or thicker; #6 and #8 screw heads sit best in 3 mm, and in thinner sheet we check them with you first.
