Good to know
- Sizes are outside sizes for press-brake bends. Untick V-groove in the bend bar: a V-grooved corner is much weaker and comes out about 4 mm smaller.
- The wall plate and shelf plate fold to the same side, with a small square relief where they meet.
- Wall slot widths are ISO 273 clearance holes. Use plugs and screws rated for the load and your wall.
- Each bracket carries a share of the shelf: use at least two, no more than 600 mm apart.
- Dimpled holes need thin sheet (1.8 mm or less); in thick plate choose plain holes.
- Mild steel rusts: paint it or choose the powdercoated material.
